AAA AssuranceHolds Annual General Meeting 2010

AAA Assurance Corporation has recently held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the fiscal year 2010 at 4S Riverside Garden, Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City. The meeting drew the participation of 53 out of 67 existing shareholders, representing 97.16 % of voting rights.

 

The meeting elected the board of directors and the board of supervisors for the new term, from 2010 to 2015. Remarkably, all shareholders agreed to maintain the old board of directors and the board of supervisors. This proved that the two boards had fulfilled their works well and still won the absolute trust of shareholders. Ms Do Thi Kim Lien was re-elected the President of the Board of Directors and Mr Pham Van Thiet was re-elected Vice President in the 2010 -2015 term.

 

At the meeting, Mr Lars Kjaer, a representative from Invest Bank, said: AAA Assurance needs strategic shareholders with profound knowledge of insurance to further develop because they will share experience and efforts for the development of the company. He promised to try his best to help AAA Assurance to seek a big partner which will bring in long-term cooperation and sustained development for the company.
