Vietnam Posts US$2.61B Trade Surplus in Agriculture in Jan-Jul
Vietnam is estimated to have posted a trade surplus of US$2.6 1 billion in agriculture sector in the first seven months of 2010, said the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
The country exported US$10.13 billion worth of agricultural products in the Jan-Jul period, up 14.21% on-year.
Meanwhile, the country’s imports of agricultural products and materials soared nearly 33.7% to US$7.52 billion, the ministry added. (Countryside Today)
