VCCI to Organise “INCOTERMS 2010 & UCP 600” Course

INCOTERMS & UCP is considered as a “golden handbook” for importers, exporters and international payment. They are two sets of international trade practice which have been widely worldwide for a long time.

 

The Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) will hold a course entitled “INCOTERMS 2010 & UCP 600 – Application skills and risk prevention” to help importers, exporters and those working in trade sector to update and study basic contents of INCOTERMS 2010 which took effect from January 1, 2011. The course will provide participants differences between INCOTERMS 2000 and INCOTERMS 2010; key contents of UCP 600 and connections between INCOTERMS 2010 and UCP 600 in import-export contracts; changes in international payment conditions; skills to select good delivery method; the most effective and safest payment method and particularly experience and skills to prevention risk in import-export businesses.

 

The event will attract the participation of senior experts in international trade like Associate Professor. Dr. Pham Duy Lien, Head of international trade subject at Hanoi Foreign Trade University and Prof. Dr. Nguyen Nhu Tien from Vietnam International Arbitrator Centre. The experts will also answer all questions related to INCOTERMS 2010 and UCP.
