With over 6 years of establishment and development, from a small and modest shop, now Hung Tin Co., Ltd (Lao Cai province) has developed into a multi – sectoral company which is official distributor for 21 domestic manufacturing companies or joint venture companies. Hung Tin Hung Tin Co., Ltd distributes for hundreds of second level retailers. It has been developing stably with a professional management system and unique corporate culture that operates for “a better life”. In 2012, the company invested on the construction of Hung Tin interior shopping centre to introduce products that satisfy customer demand.
Bold to confront difficulties
Based on socio-economic development of Lao Cai generally and economic development of Vietnam particularly, Hung Tin Co.,Ltd has expanded and diversified its businesses: trading interior decorations, construction materials, equipments for sanitary foods, producing and distributing clear water with R.O technology, exporting and importing goods.
From the end of 2012, Hung Tin Co.,Ltd and many local enterprises in Lao Cai province have faced many general difficulties of the economy. Started as a small business, it was difficult for Hung Tin to overcome economic turbulence. Company management is still limited, human resource from the society does not meet the company’s requirements. Warehouses and workshops still have many limitations. The capital is not enough to finance the development demand of the company.
Constant growth
Not concealing weak points and difficulties, under the direction and management of the company leaders, Hung Tin Co.,Ltd takes slow but stable steps to overcome current difficulties. Moreover, the Party, Government and local authorities always have policies supporting enterprises to dissolve and overcome troubles to develop. Mr Bui Van Khanh, Director of Hung Tin Co.,Ltd said: “First, it is the Government and local authorities that have issued policies on investment environment improvement and supporting trading and producing of enterprises. We always review our investment capacity, business management ability in the direction of the market economy, bring religious creeds of the Buddhist into the business, apply legal requirements and conduct activities that bring benefit for the country and people. In my opinion, administrative system should be made more effective, only then administrative procedures can be solved rapidly and investors can take every opportunities”.
