Could you please tell us how good fish oil is for human health?
Fish oil has been used for long. Previously, it was store in jars and taken by spoon. Now, it is made in the form of capsule. Fish oil is either a medicine or a dietary supplement. There are two types of fish oil: One containing vitamin A and vitamin D and another containing Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids. Currently, fish oil made from tra and basa catfish is being used as cooking oil (e.g. Ranee premium fish oil made by Sao Mai An Giang Group). What elements in fish oil are disease-curable?

Would you compare functions of vegetable oil and fish oil to human health?
Vegetable oil is now mainly made from palm oil, sunflower, sesame, peanut and coconut. Compared with animal fats, vegetable oil is better but it is not harmless. Furthermore, some do not adapt to vegetable oil elements because they may cause allergic reactions and even severe anaphylaxis. As we know it, eating fish is healthier than meat, especially fish containing natural fatty acid composition. Thus, cooking oil is extracted from fish fat is of course more beneficial than lard and beef tallow and even better than ordinary vegetable oils.
Do you have any recommendations for the use of supplements like vitamins and unsaturated fatty acids?
Some prefer supplementing nutrition by taking medicines or fish oil capsules as much as possible. This thinking is wrong because using enough for the body, as prescribed by doctors, is the best. Overdose may be counterproductive and even dangerous to health. In my opinion, instead of abusing drugs, nutrient capsules and micronutrients to supplement the body, people should learn to use a variety of foods and natural nutrients because it method is better. Together with eating enough, they can use processed fish oil to supplement Omega-3, Omega-6, Omega-9, EPA, DHA and vitamins. Eating to supplement nutrients ensures sufficient nutrition and creates a healthy habit for any family.
