Tien Phong Plastic: Well-established "Green Brand"

With the ongoing technological innovation for higher product quality, the company's products like UPVC, HDPE and PPR  pipes are being widely used in civil, construction, industrial and agricultural fields in both Vietnamese and international markets. In order to fulfil diversified needs of customers, the company installed production lines to turn out uPVC pipes with a diameter of 800 mm at the largest, HDPE pipes of a maximum diameter of 2,000 mm (formerly 1,200 mm). This is the biggest plastic pipe by diameter in Vietnam and Southeast Asia at large.

 

In addition to bold investment in modern equipment, the company also pays special attention to constantly expanding the market. The company currently has six sales instalment centres and nearly 300 sales agents across the country. In northern Vietnam, Tien Phong Plastic accounts for 70 - 80 per cent of the plastic pipe market share. In order to better serve customers' needs for products and expand production scale, Tien Phong Plastic established Central Tien Phong Plastic Co., Ltd to build a production factory in Nam Cam Industrial Park, Nghe An province. Costing VND120 billion of investment capital, the 4.5-ha plant has a designed capacity of 20,000 tonnes a year. The presence of a factory in the central region will help reduce transport costs on the one hand and get preferential investment treatments from the government on the other. When this factory goes into operation, Tien Phong Plastic will have production bases in the North (Hai Phong), South (Binh Duong province), Central (Nghe An) and Laos (Vientiane).

 

Not only dominating the domestic market, Tien Phong also actively expands its international presence. The company has registered for trademark protection in five countries, including China, Laos, Thailand, Cambodia and Myanmar. With the business motto "Quality is foremost - Legitimate rights of customers are preserved," Tien Phong Plastic has confirmed its market position and strong ripple effect.
