Phuc Son Co., Ltd: Trust Created by Projects Done

 

Born in Tu Son district, Bac Ninh province, in 1972, Ngo Tien Vinh joined the army and served for six years. After being demobilised, he returned to Lang Son and worked for Dong Quan Plantation. As he was very keen on mass activities, he joined youth activities and then he was sent to the Provincial Youth Union where he was promoted to be the chief. When his age was not qualified for working for the Youth Union, he was appointed to the foreman of Lang Son Garment Enterprise in 1988. The enterprise was dissolved in 1994. He and his colleagues decided to establish Hoang Vu Enterprise in 1995, specialised in civil and traffic construction in Lang Son province. Nearly 10 years later, in 2003, Vinh set up his own company called Phuc Son Construction Co., Ltd, which is engaged in civil and traffic construction.

 

In the past 10 years, Phuc Son has undertaken dozens of construction projects in the province, from schools to working offices. The company has expanded its presence across the province, even in the most remote border-sharing places. Regardless of distance and traffic conditions or project scale, the company always undertakes and ensure quality. Previously, the company mainly took on small projects; hence, its revenue was about VND5-7 billion a year and the workforce ranged 20-30 people. In 2012, Phuc Son stepped into traffic construction, which brought in 3-4 times of revenue for the firm. The workforce also expanded to hundreds. The firm always pays high attention to professional and managerial training for its employees. Three former employees of Phuc Son Company are running their own businesses effectively.

 

Vinh added that Phuc Son always tries its best to carry out projects at the quickest time and with the highest quality regardless of civil construction or traffic construction. To do so, Phuc Son has not only invested in modern equipment but also upheld its reputation in every project.
