Collaborating nations such as India, Iran, Sri Lanka, Mongolia, Azerbaijan, Malaysia, Myanmar, and the Philippines joined forces to present the art of tea-making along with showcasing distinctive tea flavors.
Hanoi's cultural space showcased a myriad of unique dishes and traditional craft village products, including Me Tri green rice, Phu Thuong sticky rice, So vermicelli, Bao Phuong traditional moon cakes, and more. Traditional craft village artisans actively participated, providing live demonstrations of their artistic endeavors.
Additionally, the marketing space featured specialties from diverse regions, encompassing banh chung and smoked meat from Ha Giang, coffee and milk from Son La, chrysanthemum wine, Phu The cake and sticky rice cake from Bac Ninh, peanut candy, Dai Hoang banana, and Nhan Hau braised fish from Ha Nam, goat meat from Ninh Binh, and ginseng-based products from Quang Binh, among other unique offerings.
