Sean Halliday Appointed New General Manager of Vietnam's Award-Winning Furama Resort, Danang

British hotelier Sean Halliday has been appointed general manager of Vietnam’s premier five-star retreat, The Furama Resort, Danang. He succeeds founding general manager Paul Stoll, who has now finished his term with the hotel. 43 year-old Briton Sean Halliday started his career with the prestigious Savoy Group of London and has since gathered more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked in luxurious hotels in London, Phuket, Dubai, The Caspian Sea, and Le Meridien Phuket which was voted one of the Asia’s top five resorts during his tenure. “The first time I arrived in Danang I was mesmerized by the beautiful beach and the incredibly attractive architecture of The Furama Resort Danang, which made me determined to become its General Manager ahead of all the other candidates” said Halliday.
 
Besides managing The Furama Resort Danang, FHRI also manages the five-star Caravelle Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, as well as hotels in Hong Kong and Shanghai.
