A key highlight of Food & Hospitality Vietnam 2026 is the FHV Premier Connect program-an exclusive business-matching platform designed for qualified buyers and high-quality exhibitors. Through pre-scheduled one-on-one meetings tailored to specific interests and business needs, the program facilitates direct engagement, enabling companies to maximize networking efficiency, identify suitable partners, and expand commercial collaboration within the F&B and Hospitality sectors. FHV Premier Connect enhances on-site engagement effectiveness while delivering tangible trade value for both domestic and international buyers and suppliers.

With its continually expanding scale, Food & Hospitality Vietnam 2026 is expected to welcome approximately 17,000 trade visitors, including business owners, senior executives, investors, industry experts, and managers across the F&B and Hospitality sectors. The event is held under the endorsement of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Industry and Trade, alongside the support of reputable domestic and international organizations such as the Vietnam Hotel Association, Vietnam Housekeeping Association (VEHA), United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Taiwan Food & Pharmaceutical Machinery Manufacturers' Association (TFPMA), Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board (AHDB), INTERPORC, Embassy of Brazil, Embassy of Canada, Italian Trade Agency, Norwegian Seafood Council Southeast Asia, Asian Culinary & Pastry Academy, TIM CORP, Master Martini Vietnam, and various trade offices from participating countries and territories. In addition to exploring new products, technologies, and solutions, visitors will have the opportunity to attend a series of specialized seminars and engage directly with international experts on consumer trends, product innovation, digital transformation, food safety, and customer experience enhancement.

Against the backdrop of rapid advancements in AI, automation, and increasing cost-optimization pressures, the 2026 seminar program is designed to address practical business challenges rather than focusing solely on broad trends. Key discussion topics include optimizing restaurant operating models in the Michelin era; HoReCa industry trends and challenges in 2026; sustainable growth trajectories of Vietnam’s hotel market; modern housekeeping management; technology applications in food and chocolate production; development of international ingredient markets such as Norwegian seafood and Italian processed meats; and leveraging digital platforms such as TikTok to convert content into revenue. The program will feature representatives from industry associations, operational experts, international enterprises, and leading brands, offering multi-dimensional perspectives grounded in market realities.

Complementing the knowledge platform, the exhibition will continue to host a series of professional competitions aimed at honoring and standardizing industry expertise. The Vietnam Culinary Challenge (VNCC) will gather professional chefs competing across high-level technical categories, evaluated under international judging standards and supported by reputable industry sponsors and partners, leading brands supplying ingredients, equipment, and professional solutions for industrial kitchens and F&B operations. Notably, 2026 marks a significant milestone as VNCC officially receives professional endorsement from the World Association of Chefs’ Societies (WACS), affirming its international standards and global reputation within the culinary community.

In addition, the Vietnam Barista Competition and the Vietnam Aromaster Championship will continue to serve as premier platforms for the barista and coffee community, where practical skills, creative thinking, and sensory capabilities are comprehensively evaluated with the support of professional machinery, ingredient, and coffee solution brands.

Furthermore, the Vietnam Housekeeping Competition will be organized for the first time within the framework of an international exhibition. Assigned by the Vietnam Tourism Association to the Vietnam Hotel Association, specifically the Vietnam Executive Housekeepers Association (VEHA) and co-organized with SES Vietnam Exhibition Services Company, the competition aims to standardize operational procedures, enhance professional competencies, and recognize the vital role of housekeeping teams within the hotel service quality structure.
