Beef Promotion at the Corso

From 1st November to 30th November 2006, Corso Bistro will be preparing Beef Promotion. Beef Promotion at the Corso offers Beef Recommended Dishes for lunch time eats and dinners delighted with Char Grilled Prime US and Australian Beef and Recommended Dishes, accompanied with wine recommendation as well.

Specially, from 1st to 7th November, guests can select your own vegetables and bring to Chef to cook while waiting for the beef. During the month, Corso Bistro still serves A la carte menu and complimentary salad bar. Beef Recommended Dishes feature Australian beef served as pan-seared (Capparcio Beef Salad), simmered (Rich Oxtail Soup, Braised Beef Osso Bucco), pan-fried (Mediterranean Steak Tower, Sirloin), present a delicious variety of beef options that will delight your entire friends and family.
 
Char Grilled Beef has a wide selection of prime US beef and Australian beef with different sizes for guests to choose. Prime US beef is grain fed beef which tends to lay more in the flakes of internal muscular fed or the marbling. This provides the flavor, tenderness and juiciness of a product. US beef consumer demands more of a heavy product. Otherwise, prime Australian beef is predominately grass fed beef which contains less marbling or less fat. Australian beef is delicious, tender, tasty and juicy. It is a healthy choice for any lifestyle.
