Norfolk Tees off in April
The 9th Norfolk Invitational Golf Tournament organized by Norfolk Group tees off at Vietnam Golf and Country Club, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City on Saturday the 7th of April 2007.
The stroke play tournament at the 18-hole West Course will have a shotgun start at 12.00pm. The ending of the social golfing day will be held later that night with an Awards Ceremony at at Norfolk Mansion, 2nd floor Terrazzo Restaurant & Terrace where Norfolk Catering Service will provide a sumptuous buffet dinner. The prestigious annual tournament attracts a large contingent of influential International and Vietnamese business people. Expected turn-out for the 2007 day of greenery is 144 golfers.
The tournament provides the Norfolk Group with the opportunity to give to a worthy cause with proceeds collected and donated to a selected charity. Last year, representatives of Norfolk Group handed over two “Tinh Thuong” houses to two poor families in Go Vap District, HCM City from proceeds collected from the Charity Hole of this tournament.
Our golf day is filled with fun events and entertainment and there are many chances to win great prizes.
