Eighth Wonder Group, Southern Bank Cooperate in Tourist Projects

The US’s Eighth Wonder Group and the Southern Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Southern Bank) will cooperate in tourism projects as Eighth Wonder Group officially invests into Vietnam.
 
In a meeting last week, Eighth Wonder Group and Southern Bank agreed to team up to invest in ecotourism projects, entertainment and hotel areas in Ho Chi Minh City, as well as golf court and resorts of 645 hectares in the Mekong Delta region.
 
Eighth Wonder Group will use Southern Bank’s services such as accounts, money transfer, international payment and others.
 
During the meeting, the US group also presented plans, reflecting projects around the world and prepared for application in Vietnam.
 
Eighth Wonder Group is a firm which builds ideas and designs to develop entertainment and retail companies, and international standard hotels.
 
The group is seeking license to build the resort area Harry’s Island in Vietnam, to consist of 12 hotels with 3,000-4,000 rooms, restaurants and exhibition halls, with US$4 billion capital. (Securities Investment)
