Monaco Luxury Villa, Hotel, Entertainment Complex in Ha Long

Ha Long Monaco Joint Stock Company is carrying out several projects including the construction of the infrastructure of a luxury hotel, villa and entertainment complex in Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province.

 

Mr Do Nhu Quang, Chairman of the company, said the project is built on a romantic hill in the heart of Ha Long City from which you can view Ha Long Bay and is surrounded by Tuan Chau, Hung Thang and Cai Dam-Bai Chay resorts. Especially, the atmosphere moderate with average temperature of 22 degree Celsius - an ideal for relaxation.

 

Quang said the project will meet the soaring travel demand of clients to Ha Long bay and help the urbanisation process of Quang Ninh Province.

 

He said the economic efficiency of the project is huge because it is located in a favourable location and the land compensation expenditure is not big. In addition, the land price is estimated at VND5 million a square metre. “We are calling domestic and international investors to contact us to have the land transferred at preferential rate,” Quang said.

 

The estimated total capital is VND250 billion.
