Liguria Region Delicious Food at Opera Restaurant

Opera Restaurant in Park Hyatt Saigon Hotel is serving special dishes of Liguria region for customers from July 7 to 15.

 

The dishes are prepared by Chef Michele Gulizzi and his associates. Customers will taste desserts and pasta noodles like fried fillet fish with salad and potato dressing, salted fish with pine kernel and bread, special cake with eggs and parmigiano cheese, spaghetti with fish, potato dressing and basil, spaghetti with beef and butter dressing, and spaghetti with mushroom and coriandrum sativum.

 

Main dishes include fried pork with artichoke flowers and pistachio chestnuts; beef rolled with green pea, eggplant and basil, fish with cod with potato, olive, cilantro and fried seafood. Prices for the dishes range between US$8++ to US$24++. For more information, please visit www.hyatt.com
