BMW Names New Distributor in HCM City
BMW Group Asia has announced the appointment of its new distributor in Ho Chi Minh City.
The Ho Chi Minh City-based Euro Auto Corp. will import, sell and supply services for BMW automobiles.
Roland Krueger, director of BMW Group Asia, said Vietnam is a potential market. Thus, BMW’s decision to return Vietnam after production abandonment is absolutely right and timely.
Huynh Du An, general director of Euro Auto Corp., said the company opened a showroom at 165 Pasteur St, District 3 to serve customers.
Euro Auto Corp. hopes to sell 200-300 cars this year and 200-600 units next year.
Initially, Euro Auto Corp. will sell Series 3, 5 and 7 in Vietnam, with retail prices ranging between US$80,000 and US$190,000.
Euro Auto also has plans to open new facilities in Hanoi to meet the demand of northerners, Mr. Du An added.
