ICT Development Seminar to Open

A seminar on ICT development will be organized on September 14-15, 2007 at Ninh Chu tourist centre in Ninh Thuan province by Ninh Thuan People’s Committee, Ministry of Information and Telecommunication, Vietnam IT Association, Ho Chi Minh City IT Association and VCCI.

 

The seminar is to discuss solutions and opportunities for policy-makers, managers and experts of central and local levels to apply ICT in Ninh Thuan and neighbouring provinces for socio-economic development. It is also to review of the programme of ICT application by enterprises initiated by VCCI.

 

At the seminar, Vietnam ICT Index 2006 and ICT Application 2007-2010 will be announced. 20 enterprises applying ICT will also introduce their models, solutions and products.

 

On this occasion, two ICT caravans from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City will arrive in Ninh Thuan. Along the way, the caravans will visit historical relics and famous landscapes of Vietnam.
