Dominican Republic Wants to Import Buses from Vietnam
The government of Dominican Republic wants to import 300 buses from Vietnam, Vietnamese State media reported.
The Dominican government will buy buses made by Vietnam’s state-run Vinamotor, said Dominican Government Office Minister Miguel Mejía said.
Minister Miguel Mejía and other officials have meet representatives of Vinamotor to discuss this issue in Santo Domingo, the capital of Dominican Republic
According to Dominican Republic media, Vinamotor will start building a car production plant costing US$70 million in this country by late 2007. (VNA)
