"Secrets to Increase Collective Energy and Desire"

Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI)’s Ho Chi Minh City Branch (VCCI-HCM) have collaborated with Power Up Company, a pioneer in mentality training in Vietnam, to organise a seminar entitled “Secrets to Increase Collective Energy and Desire”, attended by more than 100 company leaders.

The seminar provides and shares interesting information about the methods to build up a strong workforce, secrets to increase collective energy and desire, solutions to conflicts in Vietnam companies, which were lectured by Mr. Quach Tuan Khanh.

Mr. Khanh emphasised the importance of human resource development to the realisation of business goals of a company. To reach the goals, leaders need to draw up a picture for businesses to show their staffs their positions in the company and their benefits when the company realises the goals. Employees only make their wholehearted devotion when they know what they are devoting for. Many excellent individuals sometimes cannot establish a strong group; thus, it is necessary to unit individuals by value and goal foundations of the company. This is the clue to link individuals.

A company leader will help every member to understand the responsibility, love and devotion in his work; then, each member will know how to consolidate knowledge and promote their capacity.

Besides, the seminar also organises games to show the collective strength for attendants.
