French Trade, Economic Fair to Open in Vietnam

On March 31, the organisation board of French Week in Vietnam held a press briefing at Sofitel Plaza Saigon in Ho Chi Minh City introducing the French Trade and Economic Fair, one of the many activities during the French Week.

 

According to the organisation board, the fair will take place from April 9 to 14 at Phu Tho Sport Complex in Ho Chi Minh City, with the participation of over 130 French enterprises. Enterprises will focus on such industries as services (telecom, computing, transport, import and export, banking, insurance, finance, publishing, tourism and hotel); industry and consumer goods (construction of public works, mechanics, engines, electronics, garment and textile, and woodwork); agricultural products and food, cosmetic and luxury clothes.

 

There will be a series of seminars in the framework of the exhibition, especially the Forum on the Development of France-Vietnam Economic Relationships, Conference on Railway Transport in Urban Area (tram, trains, metro) and the renovation of Vietnam railway network, the Seminar on Education and Training.
