Please let us about assignment of whole projects?
On 21st May 2008, Ministry of Construction issued Circular No.13/2008/TT-BXD (the “Circular”) guiding on implementing a number of contents of Decree No.153/2007/ND-CP on providing detailed regulations and guidelines for implementation of the Law on real estate business. Accordingly, the Circular stipulated concretely the assignment of whole project, including contents as follows:
- Component authorities permit the assignment of whole project;
- Order, procedures for the assignment of whole project;
- Dossier for the assignment of whole project;
- Contents for examination of dossier for the assignment of whole project;
- Procedures of handing over from old investor into new investor.
