Chinese Passport Holders Enable to Travel to Vietnam
China has given a green light to its citizens who hold passports to travel to Vietnam after three years of postponement.
The information was confirmed March 18 by vice head of the Promotion Council under the Guang Xi Tourism Department.
The move will start from March 3, 2009.
The number of tourists from China, the biggest tourism market of Vietnam, has down in recent times.
In the first month of 2009, Vietnam welcomed 60,700 visitors from China, dropped by 12.1 per cent. (Youth)
