Vietnam-Russia E-commerce Portal Opens
The Vietnam-Russia Business Council under the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) launched a Vietnam-Russia e-commerce portal at www.vietrussia.com on July 16 with the aim of helping further boost bilateral trade ties between the two countries.
The website will update information about Russian market, partners and business opportunities for local businesses.
It will also help domestic businesses to promote their images and products to Russian partners.
Two-way trade between Vietnam and Russia reached US$331 million in the first quarter of this year, including US$84.4 million worth of Vietnam’s exports.
The two countries targeted to raise bilateral trade to US$3 billion in 2010 and US$10 billion in 2015.
