Concerns of Real Estate Enterprises in Vietnam

On August 1, 2009, under the umbrella of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and the Ministry of Construction, the Business Forum Newspaper collaborated with the Housing and Real Estate Market Management Department and the Vietnam Real Estate Association (Ministry of Construction) to hold the seminar on “Vietnamese real estate market: Concerns of enterprises.”

 

The Vietnamese property market is signalling recovery after a freezing period as the result of the global economic recession.

 

The conference was a forum for real estate enterprises, specialists, managers and associations to share advantage and difficulty as well as put forth recommendations to orient the positive development of the real estate market, analyse and forecast potentialities and trends of real estate market in Vietnam.
