Vietnam PM Oks New Regulation on Industrial Complexes
The Vietnamese prime minister has recently issued a regulation on establishment and management of industrial complexes nationwide.
Under the regulations, enterprises, which are interested in infrastructure development projects in industrial complexes, can get local authorities’ instruction for plan, land value and complex facilities before inking in-principle investment agreements.
Each industrial complex is not allowed to cover more than 50 hectares and the expanded area must not exceed 75 hectares.
The decision will take effect from October 5 this year. (VNS)
