VCCI Vung Tau Branch Ready to Offer Free Consultancies for Enterprises

In the past years, VCCI Vung Tau Branch always accelerated its supports for local business associations to propose and build business environment improvement policies; to represent employers to settle labour relations; to execute investment and trade promotion programmes; to train corporate governance capabilities and support localities to enhance competitiveness.
 
From practical requirements for improving economic administration capabilities and developing local enterprises, the VCCI Vung Tau Branch has coordinated with many organisations and branches to survey and assess the reality of enterprises in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province to put forth solutions to enhance corporate competencies, especially those involving business strategy building, corporate branding and corporate governance improvement.
 
VCCI Vung Tau Branch has actively cooperated with the People’s Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, the highest provincial policymaker, and competent local authorities to review component indicators in the provincial competitiveness index and advise the province to improve the business and investment environment.
 
VCCI Vung Tau Branch has adopted many policies to support enterprises, take care of corporate development like organising many seminars and dialogues to seek solutions to corporate difficulties. Thanks to good solutions, the quantity and quality of enterprises is getting better. VCCI Vung Tau Branch also arranges many market surveying trips to help local businessmen to adapt to new changes and create opportunities for them to familiarise and meet business opportunities.
 
Besides, VCCI Vung Tau Branch also pays attention to strengthening links and cooperation of enterprises that use products and services to enlarge their positions and strengths in sustaining and developing production and business.
 
Recently, VCCI Vung Tau Branch organised a press conference to introduce the Global Compact Network Vietnam (GCNV). Representatives of local authorities and enterprises attended the event. Representatives of GCNV introduced partnership schemes and activities of GCNV to share knowledge, experience and initiatives with enterprises.
 
Participants of the programme are domestic and international nongovernment organisations with offices in Vietnam, international development organisations, including other United Nations organs, civil social organisations and research institutes in Vietnam.
GCNV is a national corporate social responsibility centre that supports companies to anticipate and solve relations between companies and the community, companies and the environment, companies and customers to attain sustainable development.
 
VCCI Vung Tau Branch coordinates with Titan Company to organise the seminar on “Network security in corporate environment” with the aims of sharing knowledge and information about security information.
 
Ms Vu Thi Thu Ha, Director of VCCI Vung Tau Branch, said: VCCI Vung Tau Branch also provides a lot of important and useful information for the local business community to help them know more about potential markets they penetrate as well as about financial capacities and working styles of their partners to improve the effectiveness of investment and cooperation. In addition to active trade and investment promotion activities, VCCI Vung Tau Branch also takes part in social and charity activities. For example, on the occasion of the Martyr and Wounded Soldier Day (July 27), VCCI Vung Tau Branch arranged visits and presented gifts to wounded soldiers in Long Hai Sanatorium and visited 10 families of martyrs, wounded soldiers and people with huge accredited sacrifice in Long Phuoc and Hoa Long communes, Ba Ria Town, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.
