With vigorous changes in recent years, Binh Tan district is known to have a rapid urbanization in Ho Chi Minh City. This breakthrough was extended when industrial parks were established, especially Tan Tao Industrial Park and Vinh Loc Industrial Park.
Tan Tao Industrial Park

Established in 1996 with an initial area of 181 ha, the park added 262 hectares in 2000, bringing the total area of 443 hectares.
Lying on traffic routes that link south-western provinces and Trans-Asia Road to reach south-eastern provinces, Tan Tao Industrial Park plays an important role in socioeconomic development in HCM City in particular and the southern key economic zone in general.
Apart from geographic advantage, Tan Tao Industrial Park Corporation has built a complete infrastructure system, including inner roads capable of serving large container trucks, water supply and sewage systems, electricity networks, sewage treatment facilities and additional services like bonded warehouses and general clinics.

Vinh Loc Industrial Park
The 207-ha Vinh Loc Industrial Park is invested by Cho Lon Export - Import & Investment Company (Cholimex) at a cost of VND500 billion.
In the first days, Vinh Loc Industrial Park encountered numerous challenges arising from the adverse impacts of the Asia-Pacific economic crisis. However, thanks to support from central and municipal governments, the Ho Chi Minh City Export Processing and Industrial Zones Authority (HEPZA) and Cholimex, Vinh Loc Industrial Park gradually navigated difficulties to secure sustainable development to be “a reliable fellow of investors.”
As a modern dynamic industrial park, Vinh Loc is drawing attention from many investors. In addition to synchronous infrastructure, it also provides utility services and investment advantages for investors.
