VCCI, Daiwa Join Hands to Support Vietnam Businesses
The Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and the Daiwa Capital Markets Ltd recently signed a memorandum of understanding on supporting Vietnamese businesses to restructure and improve their competitiveness and ability to attract investment.
Accordingly, VCCI and Daiwa will focus on equitisation, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructuring, improvement of financial management and business administration capacity, and measures for business development.
Various cooperative activities will be designed and carried out, like seminars, symposiums, consulting meetings, cooperative network construction and experience sharing.
