ASEAN Business Awards for 2010 Launched

The 2010 ASEAN Business Awards (ABA) was officially launched in the National Conveion Centre in Hanoi on April 7 by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).

This is the third year ABA was held, previously in Indonesia in 2007 and Thailand in 2008.  
According to ABA President Nguyen Thi Nga, the ABA jury will pick out 24 oustanding businesses for the final round and eight of them will be honoured with “Most Outstanding ASEAN Business” award.

The winners, along with those that made the final round, will be honoured at a dinner gala to be held at the end of the ASEAN Investment and Business Summit. The summit is scheduled to take place in Hanoi on October 28-29.
