VCCI Holds Training Course on Business Association Management

In a move to implement a programme supporting Vietnamese business associations, the Office for Association Affairs under the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) collaborated with the Centre for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) under the US Chamber of Commerce to hold a training course titled “Association management and the role of business associations in the service sector at the transitional period in Vietnam” for Vietnamese companies.

 

The course was lectured by American senior experts like Mr John Goyer, Vice President at Coalition of Service Industries, Mr Mike Olson, specialist of business association management, Mr John Callebaut, an expert from the US Chamber of Commerce. The course was attended by officials from 60 northern companies.

 

The course took place from May 5 to 7, 2010.
