Vietnam EZ Licenses 16 Projects Totaling VND36T So Far
Vietnam’s central province of Quang Binh-based Hon La Economic Zone (EZ) has licensed 16 projects totaling VND36 trillion ($1.84 billion) so far.
Among those, seven projects have become operational so far.
Vietnam Construction Material Co., Ltd invested a VND1.38 trillion project to build cement grinding, port and warehouse, while Truong Thinh Group is preparing a VND1.5 trillion projects to build cement grinding facility in the zone.
The state-run Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PetroVietnam) has carried out many projects with a total investment of VND562 billion in the EZ.
The country is now home to 14 EZs covering a combined area of 590,000 hectares. (Investment)
