Special Wine Party at Caravelle Hotel

At the luxury Asian Reflections Restaurant, Mr. Eoghan McMahon, Director of Gastronomy Division of Caravelle Hotel, hosted a special wine party to welcome Mr. Benjamin Laroche, the nephew of Mr. Michel Laroche and the 6^th generation of Laroche Family, the founder of legendary Chablis wine group.

 

Chef Frederic of Asian Reflections Restaurant finely blended Chablis Grand Cru Les Blanchots 2003 wine with steamed duck breast with orange sauce, cabbage stuffed with vegetables and sausage. Meanwhile, the limited Laroche La Croix Chevaliere 2001 was served with Frederic-prepared unique dessert dishes including yoghurt cream and black chocolate cake.
