Enjoying Ravioli at Opera Restaurant

Italian gastronomy has long attracted gourmets. Many Italian dishes are very familiar like spaghetti, pasta and pizza. However, Ravioli is unknown or untried for most people in Vietnam. Ravioli is a kind of round or square pasta with various ingredients. This dish is typically coated by a pasta powder, Ravioli meaning “coating” in Italian. The stuffing is an option of meat, fish, vegetables, Ricotta cheese, potato, squash or Soya-cake.

The price of Ravioli is from US$9 to US$12 plus.
