Int'l Tourism, Trade Fair Opens in Northern Province
The Trade Ministry, the Vietnam National Tourism Administration and the People’s Committee of northern Thai Nguyen province on October 25 jointly opened the International Tourism and Trade Fair - Thai Nguyen 2006.
The week-long fair, the first of its kind to be held in the province, was part of activities towards the National Tourism Year event to be organized in Thai Nguyen in 2007.
Over 200 enterprises from cities and provinces across the country and from South Korea, China and Canada displayed their products at 200 booths in the fair.
The event will be a good chance for Vietnamese enterprises to introduce to visitors the culture and tourism destinations of the country, particularly Thai Nguyen.
