Vietnam, US Share Experience in Internet-based IP

The Vietnam National Office of Intellectual Property (NOIP) has recently cooperated with the United States Patent and Trademark Agency (USPTO) to open a seminar on domains and intellectual property on the internet. The seminar aims to provide useful information and share mutual experience on the issue.

 

The seminar focuses on the United States’ and world’s approach to domains; the current domain situation in Vietnam; domains and unhealthy competition in Vietnam and other intellectual property issues on the internet such as procedures to object and cancel trademark registration, and trademark complaint settlement.
