ePOS - a Breakthrough in Internet-based E-code Distribution

The payment network PayNet introduced ePOS service, a solution to distribute electronic codes on the internet, the first of its kind in Vietnam, on August 9, 2007.

 

Mr Nguyen Chien Thang, General Director of PayNetsaid, “ePOS is a solution that can be applied on a wide scale at any place with internet access. PayNet is currently developing ePOS into an e-payment portal for domestic bank cards issued by banks in association with BankNet. Clients can make transactions on the internet”

 

Together with internet-based electronic code distribution for prepaid mobile subscribers at 600 points of sales (POS) in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, with up to 10,000 daily transactions, ePOS will help PayNet open 5,000 POS nationwide at post offices, hospitals, schools, internet agents, iCafes and online game centres.
