Visa International, Techcombank to Boost Visa Card Issue

Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) and the world leading card issuer Visa International have joined hands to boost issuance of Techcombank Visa in Vietnam.
 
The bank will give gifts to customers who register for Visa debit cards from September to November.
 
Techcombank Visa cards will allow customers to spend more than balance with F@stAdvance service or automatic savings with F@stSaving service.
 
Techcombank has recently launched F@stVietPay, an electronic gateway to facilitate online payment for its clients using Visa cards or MasterCard.
 
Payment in cash is reducing. It accounted for 18.8 per cent of circulation as the end of 2006, compared with 21.4 per cent in late 2005.
