Local Investor Starts US$25-Mln Int'l Tourism Complex

Ho Chi Minh City-based local Nam Sao International Joint Stock Company February 20 began construction on a trade and tourism complex valued at VND400 billion (US$25 milion) in northern Nam Dinh province, state media said.
 
The Red River Delta International Trade and Tourism Center will cover 20 hectares in My Tan commune, My Loc district, around five kilometers far from Nam Dinh city.
 
The project will accommodate a complex of trade center, services area, hotel, restaurant, office, resorts and sports areas.
 
This will be the first international trade and tourism center in Nam Dinh province and the Red River Delta region.
 
Construction on the first phase of the project is scheduled to finish by 2010. (Vietnam Economic Times)
