Vietnam’s Haiphong-based FDI Cos See Jan-Sept Revenues up 51 per cent to US$550 Mln
Vietnam’s Haiphong northern city-based Haiphong Export Processing and Industrial Zones (HEPIZA) has said that FDI companies had made revenues of US$550 million, up 51 per cent on year and fully fulfilling the year’s target, the Dau Tu (Investment) newspaper said.
Meanwhile, domestic companies had only VND2.3 trillion (US$139.393 million) during the time, HEPIZA said.
Between Jan and Sept, the city licensed 26 FDI projects with registered capital of US$1.34 billion, ranking the eighteenth among provinces and cities in FDI attraction, the Vietnam Investment Review said. (Investment)
