Russian Firms Seek Investment Opportunities in Vietnam
Fifty seven Russian companies arrived in Vietnam on October 20 to look for investment opportunities in the country.
During the five-day stay, they will attend the Vietnam International Industrial Fair 2009 which started in Hanoi on October 20, the Voice of Vietnam Radio said.
Currently, Russia ranks the 25th among foreign investors in Vietnam with 59 projects capitalized at US$376 million, of which, US$233 million has been disbursed.
The two countries expect to reach bilateral trade of US$2 billion this year and US$3 billion next year. (Vovnews)
