Vietnam, Japan to Sign ODA Agreement for Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park
The Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park (HHTP) authority and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) have agreed to ink an official development assistance (ODA) deal for the park next March.
The aid will be poured into a project to boost the infrastructure development in the HHTP, the hi-tech park’s website reported recently, giving no more information.
JICA representatives paid a fact finding visit to the HHTP between October 19 and 29 to survey the park’s investment situation and the project implementation.
Established in 2006, Hoa Lac Hi-tech Park in the west of Hanoi has to date attracted 35 investment projects totaling more than US$1 billion. (
