Coffee Prices in Vietnam Coffee Belt Fall on Rich Supply

Prices of coffee in Vietnam’s coffee belt, the central highlands province of Dak Lak on rich supply.
 
Prices of coffee at the domestic market to VND22,700/kg from VND24,000 several weeks earlier.
 
Local traders said U.S. dollar appreciation against Vietnamese dong encouraged coffee speculators to sell more coffee.
 
On the world market, coffee prices dropped by $95/ton from a day earlier to $1,320/ton on Nov 12.
