Swensen's to Open 30 Franchised Ice Cream Stores in Vietnam
Thailand-based Swensen’s, an affiliate of Minor Food Group will open 30 franchised-ice cream stores in Vietnam in the next five years, Vietnam News Agency said, quoting General Manager of Swensen.
The company’s first-franchised stores will start operating in Ho Chi Minh City in April and May, the general manager said.
This is part of Swensen’s plan to open dozens of franchised stores in the Southeast Asian region in the next years.
Swensen’s has operated over 220 ice cream stores in Thailand so far, including nearly 100 franchised ones. (VNA)
