Vinacafe to Export US$344.5M Worth of Coffee This Year
Vietnam National Coffee Corporation (Vinacafe) targets to earn US$344.5 million from exporting 250,000 tons of coffee this year, up 4% in value and 9% in volume against 2009.
The company chairman Doan Dinh Thiem said that the company exported 230,000 tons of coffee worth US$330 million and made a profit of nearly VND300 billion (US$15.7 million) last year.
Vinacafe is the biggest coffee exporting company in Vietnam, making more than 20% of the country’s total volume. (Vietnam Agriculture)
