VCCI Signs Cooperation Deal with VBF

The Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and the Vietnam Bar Federation have recently signed a cooperation agreement to jointly provide legal assistance for the business community, thus contributing to the sustainable development of the business community and the perfection the business legal system.

 

Under the agreement, VCCI and Vietnam Bar Federation will closely coordinate in business community-driven activities like building and perfecting the business legal system by proposing and contributing to lawmaking and policymaking related to corporate rights and obligations, reviewing business shortcomings and difficulties in law application to propose cancellation, replacement, amendments and supplements to legal documents; providing legal knowledge, skill training, legal service for businesses; introducing reliable law firms to advise and assist businesses tackling problems in applying business law.
