For the 2nd birthday celebration of Golf Today magazine, Saigon Golf Association – SGGA together with Today Communication JSC – T’com successfully hosted Golf Today Tournament 2010 at Vietnam Golf & Country Club on July 16, 2010.
The tournament attracted the enthusiasm attendance of 137 players at the East Course of Vietnam Golf & Country Club. Results: Best Gross came to a golfer very familiar with Vietnamese golfer community, as well as the champion of Golf Today Tournament 2009, Mr. Andrew Hùng Phạm, gross score of 74. On the contrary, the Best Net Prize of Division A was suprisingly owned by a very young golfer, Mr. Trương Chí Quân (handicap 17), who passed lots of seniors with the gross score of 85 and the net score of 69. Mr. Trần Trung Tín (handicap 20), became the winner of Best Net Prize of Division B with the gross score of 84 and the net score of 68. The owner of the Best Net Prize of Callaway Division was Mr. Tôn Thất Trình (handicap 22), gross 94, net 72. And the winner of the Best Net Prize of Ladies Division was Ms. Lý Anh Nhã Trúc (handicap 16), gross 78, net 68.
At last, a very valued prize of the tournament, including an Amber Court high-end apartment of Bien Hoa Square City; a Toyota Vios E worth US$ 24,600; a Toyota Vios G worth US$ 28,800; a Sunrise City voucher apartment purchase worth 500,000,000 VND or a passbook worth 200,000,000 VND; 100,000,000 VND cash, a laptop Apple MacBook Pro, a round-trip airfare Vietnam - Europe worth US$ 3,400. The owners of Hole-in-one Prizes were not be found once again. The left golfers were very also happy to attend to warm awarding party in Club House of Vietnam Golf & Country Club and shared together many attractive lucky-draw prizes.
