HNX, Taiwan Bourse Forge Cooperation

The Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) and the GreTai Securities Market (GTSM), Taiwan's over-the-counter (OTC) bourse, recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on future cooperation in Taipei, Taiwan.

 

According to the MoU, GTSM and HNX are expected to set up a long-term mechanism to facilitate transaction information exchanges and mutual relationships for the benefit of the financial service sectors in Taiwan and Vietnam and support the order maintenance on both bourses.

 

The two bourses reached consensus in bilateral cooperation in the framework as follows. They will try their best to provide information in an adequate and timely manner to reach MoU targets, support each other in approaching multilateral cooperation and international institutions, coordinate to organise training programmes on Stock Exchange management and operation, and provide technical assistance related to product development and global market development trends.
