Conference on Financial Guarantee, Credit Payment

Conferences on financial guarantee and credit payment will be opened in Hanoi on March 28-29, Can Tho on from March 31 to April 1 and Ho Chi Minh City on April 4-5.

 

This is a good chance for importers, exporters, firms operating in trade sector, insurance companies, and people working in financial and trade areas, particularly at debt-collecting and voucher credit offices, financial and trade experts, lawyers and scholarships to improve their knowledge on financial guarantee and credit payment.

 

Pavel Andrle, Secretary to ICC Czech Republic Banking Commission, will analyse two main contents, including financial guarantee and voucher credit. He will also introduce banking guarantee and major guarantee forms. Other contents will be independent banking guarantee principles in line with URDG 758, main risks in international trade from the viewpoint of importers and exporters and ways to mitigate risks, introduction of voucher credit process, key steps during the implementation process and standards of payment conditions-payment by credit letter in purchase and selling contracts.

 

Enterprises and organisations need to contact the programme management board of the Institution of Information and Technology for Business under the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the participation.
