He wondered why no business used cashew and rubber trees as materials for their furniture production to ease deforestation pressure and help farmers have stable income. More importantly, this could be a new production model for the region which contributed to create jobs for local people. Therefore, I decided to set up a company to produce furniture products without using wild wood, to protect the forests". And Dong Phu Furniture made its debut to realize this purpose.
