VCN Starts Selling Houses in Vinh Diem Trung Urban Zone

VCN Investment Joint Stock Company - the investor of Vinh Diem Trung Urban Zone in Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Province - held the official groundbreaking ceremony and started selling policy-based houses in Vinh Diem Trung Urban Zone on June 1, 2013. Apartments opened for sale are standard CT6B, CT6C and CT7A which will be completed and handed to buyers in October 2013 and August 2014.

 

The 36.84-hectare Vinh Diem Trung Urban Zone lies in the western gateway of Nha Trang City, is about 2.5 km from Tran Phu coast. Situated in a prime location, the urban zone has easy and quick accesses to important places in the area.

 

Policy-based apartment prices are very reasonable, starting from VND296 million. Besides, buyers will have many incentives like soft lending rate of 10.5 percent and discounts for quick payment. Especially, buyers have prices discounted 5 percent on the groundbreaking day and 3 percent in June 2013.
